Egg Curry (Bengali Style)
Ingredients
  • 4 hard boiled eggs-shelled.
  • 1 medium sized potato, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 3 green chillies slit
  • 3 tbsp of mustard oil
  • 1 tsp of turmeric,
  • 3 tsp of Kashmiri Chili powder
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 dry red chilies
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp of whisked yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of Dhania-jeera powder
  • ½ tsp of garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
