Pizza Meatloaf

Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs. ground beef
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • ¾ cup quick cooking oats
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • ¾ to 1 tsp. oregano
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese; mix thouroghly.
  2. Divide meat mixture in thirds.
  3. Pat ⅓ into bottom of loaf pan.
  4. Cover with ½ the cheese.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with meat.
  6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
