Easy Tiktok Blended Baked Oats
Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats or quick oats. I like to use Trader Joe’s old fashioned rolled toasted oats
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond or skim milk
  • ¼ cup mashed very ripe banana,  about ½ banana. You can substitute that banana with ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce sauce or pumpkin purée
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp zero point white granulated sugar sweetener, you could substitute this for honey, or ChocZero sugar free syrup, for additional points. I like to use Lakanto Monkfruit baking sweetener.
  • 7 chocolate chips sugar free chocolate chips, such as Lily’s or ChocZero no sugar added milk chocolate chips.
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, optional-point value is the same if you use 1 Tbsp.
  • subheading: Optional Toppings:
  • Toasted or unsweetened coconut
  • Chopped pecans
  • Sugar free caramel sauce
  • Sugar free chocolate sauce
  • Fat free cool whip
  • Berries: top with of your favorite berries such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
  • Drizzle with melted peanut butter
