Cashew Basil Pesto (Easy Vegan!)
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup fresh basil (or more to taste)
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil (or use more vegetable broth for oil-free)
