  • ½ cup carrot shredded
  • ½ cup frozen peas defrosted
  • 1 cup ham diced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onion or red onion

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
