- 15 to 16 ounces whole milk cottage cheese (good culture is a good brand)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla or other flavor (cuts down on cott. cheese taste)

- ¼ cup chocolate chips

- ½ cup fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers

- Other options: dried cherries & walnuts
