Ingredients
- subheading: Wrap Ingredients:
- Green Bell Peppers
- Red Onions
- Carrots
- Cucumber
- Spinach flatbreads
- subheading: Basil Pesto Aioli:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. prepared pesto
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
Steps
- Make the Aioli - Add all ingredients to bowl, whisk to combine. Season to taste with salt and more pesto if needed, set aside.
- Cut the veggies lengthwise
- Arrange veggies in flatbread.
- Drizzle veggies with aioli, then fold flatbread tightly.
- Cut in half and serve

- Store aioli in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
