Healthy Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 15 ounce pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup milk add more if needed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup vegetable oil (or 5 oz Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips preferably dark
