Easy Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • ⅓ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 1 ¾ cups gluten-free flour
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free flour
  • 2 cups blueberries, Fresh or frozen blueberries. If using frozen, do not defrost the frozen blueberries.
  • 2 tablespoons turbinado or raw sugar
