Ingredients
  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 1 small turnip, peeled, halved, and thinly sliced
  • 2 radishes, very thinly sliced
  • 1 medium beet, peeled and very thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, trimmed and cut into thin strips
