Ingredients
  • 3 ¼ cup flour (I use organic bread flour, but you can use all-purpose flour if you want to.)
  • 1 ½ cups warm water (It must be warm, but can't be too hot. If it's too hot, it will kill the yeast. It should be 100 degrees Fahrenheit.)
  • 1 packet yeast (active dry, instant, or quick rise- 2.25 teaspoons)
  • optional: ½ teaspoon salt (I personally don't add this, but you certainly can.)
