World's Best Tuna Casserole
Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese divided (or more to taste)
  • 3 oz. freshly grated Gruyere cheese (1 packed cup)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cans (7 oz. each) solid white albacore tuna drained
  • 2 cups frozen petite peas thawed
