  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon black peppercorns
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Small apples, for garnish (optional)
