Ingredients
- Recipe is
- I use Girl Scout Trefoil Cookies for my crust
- 2 tablespoon butter pulverized together spray jars
- Press cookie mixture in bottom of jar bake at 350 for 5 min (helps crust stay crunchy)
- Cream cheese filling is
- 2 (8ounce) cream cheese room temperature
- 2 eggs room temperature
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp homemade vanilla (or other)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
