Buffalo Steak Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. top round steak
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Frank's Red Hot sauce
Steps
  1. Cut the steak into bite-size cubes.
  2. In a very large skillet over high heat, briefly heat 1 Tbsp. of the butter.
  3. Cook the meat in the butter until browned on the bottom, about 2 minutes.  Turn it over and cook on the other side until browned, about 2 minutes longer (Be sure to keep it rare).
  4. Remove the steak from the heat and sprinkle it with salt.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the remaining butter and place it in a large bowl.  Whisk in the hot sauce until incorporated.
  6. With a slotted spoon, transfer the hot meat to the hot sauce-butter mixture.  Toss quickly.
