HONEY AND GARLIC MEATBALLS
Servings: 6 @ 2½ Syns each

Ingredients
- Mix 800g minced chicken with tsp garlic granules, tsp onion powder, tsp cracked black pepper, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp Schwartz crushed chillies, 25g panko breadcrumbs (3.5 Syns) 2 x finely chopped spring onions
- Shape into 30 smallish meatballs and brown on saute mode and set aside
- In a bowl mix together 4 TBS tomato puree, 3 TBS soy sauce, 4 TBS runny honey (10 syns) 2 tsp garlic granules, ½ tsp Schwartz crushed chillies, mug chicken stock (approx 200 ml boiling water made up with ½ chicken stock cube)

- Served with Fragrant basmati rice (cooked with 4 whole cloves, tsp salt, 3 bay leaves, crumbled chicken stock cube) Sweet potato fries & mixed veg

- Place into the pot on saute/Browning function for approx 2 minutes
- Carefully place the meatballs into the sauce and secure the lid. Close valve and set to meat function (13 minutes) then NPR
- Carefully remove the meatballs and put on saute mode to reduce the sauce to the desired consistency
