Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter (1 stick) softened
  • 1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup banana pulp mashed (about 3 ripe bananas)
  • ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nuts (I use sliced almonds, and crush them up by squeezing the bag a few times)
