Grandma's Crock pot Italian Beef
A simple recipe, but very tasty

Ingredients
  • 2.5 lbs chuck roast
  • 3 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup water (maybe 2 or 3?)
  • 1 cap white vinegar
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • optional: 4 smashed garlic cloves
  • 1 sliced onion
  •  
  • subheading: For Serving:
  • 16 to 20 Hawaiian Sweet rolls
Steps
  1. Throw everything in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
  2. Take beef out and shred. Try to skim off any fat before returning beef to juices. Taste beef, if it's too salty, then dilute with water until it tastes good. Note: can skim off fat after broth has cooled in the fridge to make it easier.
