  • 1.5 cups chopped broccolini or asparagus
  • 1 cup chopped green or snake beans
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped

  • 300g silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tbsp organic coconut flour
  • 1 cup organic almond milk + more for a thinner consistency
  • ½ cup water reserved from rehydrating mushrooms or veggie stock
  • ¼ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp organic miso paste
  • 2 tsp organic onion powder
  • 1 tsp organic garlic powder
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
