Ingredients
  • - 3 cups brown rice
  • - 2 pounds Chicken
  • - 2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • - 1 sliced cucumber
  • - 4 red bell peppers
  • - 2 onion, sliced
  • - 2 cloves garlic
  • - Feta
  • - Dressing
Steps
  1. Cook the farro according to instructions
  2. cook or grill the chicken with garlic salt
  3. Cut onion, mince garlic, cut bell peppers, cut cherry tomatoes.
  4. Put 1 tbs olive oil in the pan
  5. Add garlic, onion, and chick peas and bell pepper and cook until the peppers are softened
  6. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl top with feta and dressing
