5-Minute Fudge

Ingredients
  • 5 oz. Carnation evaporated milk
  • 1⅔ cups sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1½ cups small marshmallows
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
Steps
  1. Mix milk, sugar, and salt in sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes; stirring around edge of pan.
  3. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  4. Stir vigorously for 1 minute, or until marshmallows are melted.
  5. Stir in nuts, or set aside for garnish.
  6. Pour into 8" square buttered pan.
  7. Cool and cut into squares.
