  • 12 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped small
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese (16 ounces) at room temperature ***
  • ½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature ***
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 7 cups powdered sugar, more or less as needed
