  • Chili flakes
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • around ¼ cup water
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Coriander
  • subheading: Dressing:
  • ¾ to 1 ½ cups unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • 1 to 2 tsp tomato paste
  • Lemon juice (as much as you prefer)
