Nigel Slater's Recipe for Pappardelle with Peppers and Pine Kernels
Ingredients
  • 200g Pappardelle or spaghetti
  • 150g bottled roasted peppers
  • 2 roasted garlic cloves or 2 tsp roasted garlic paste
  • 10 medium basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • black pepper
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • Olive oil to serve
