Hobo Supper
I make these all the time for my husband in the oven, 350 for 90 minutes. IP much quicker.

Ingredients
  • Ground beef patty - approximately ½ lb. (80/20)
  • 2 russet potatoes quartered
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 2 to 3 carrots sliced
  • 3 to 4 tbls of Worcestershire sauce
  • Seasonings of your choice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Butter - 2 to 3 slices
  • Olive oil
Steps
  1. Sprinkle 2 to 3 tbls of olive oil on pan/foil then lay on sliced onion.
  2. Form ground beef into a patty and place on top of onions.
  3. Place sliced carrots and quartered potatoes around beef patty.
  4. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper and your choice.
  5. Add sliced butter over carrots and potatoes.
  6. Place dish on top of trivet with 1 cup of water.
  7. Cook on High Pressure for 30 minutes; Quick Release.
  8. **OPTIONAL: Seal foil packet if using foil and place on top of IP trivet with 1 cup water.
  9. Cook on High Pressure for 40 minutes; Quick Release.
Notes
  • **Note: Food wrapped in foil takes longer to cook.
