  • Voorverhit oond tot 180°C. Smeer oondvaste bak met ‘n volume van 1,5 liter. Room die suiker by die botter. Voeg die eier, appelkooskonfyt en asyn by en klits goed. Los die koeksoda in die melk op en voeg by die eiermengsel. Voeg die koekmeelblom en sout by en meng goed. Skep die deeg in die bak en bak vir 30 min tot donkerbruin.
