Traditional Caesar Salad
Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 anchovy fillets, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large eggs, boiled gently for 2 minutes
  • 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
