Sunflower seed pate

Ingredients
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ¼ oz fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
  1. Soak sunflower seeds in hot water for 10 to 15 mins. Roughly chop cilantro
  2. Drain sunflower seeds. Add sunflower seeds to food processor with cilantro, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pulse until nearly smooth.
  3. Serve on 4 bread slices with alfalfa sprouts and cut off crust
