Ingredients
- 1 bag Shredded Hash browns
- 3 C. Sour Cream
- 30 oz. Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 ½ C. margarine
- 1 ½ C. Chopped Onion
- 6 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
Steps
- Grease FS pan (1 per bag of hashbrowns). Break up hashbrowns before opening. Melt butter in the microwave.
- In a large bowl, add diced onions, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and melted butter. Mix together. Dump in hashbrowns and half the cheese (3 c per FS) and mix with hands.
- Pour mixture into greased FS pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until all is completely warm, and the cheese begins to melt. Mix layers together after done cooking
Notes
- Recommend mixing this per bag of hashbrowns (equals 1 FS) because it will mix better.
