  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 carrots peeled & diced
  • 5 ounces sugar snap peas sliced on the angle
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha or chili sauce
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or coconut amino acid
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar or 1 lime
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted peanuts chopped
  • Grapeseed or veggie oil
