BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING
Ingredients
  • about 6 slices of panatonne
  •  
  • 3 large eggs
  •  
  • a mixture of milk and cream.. not sure how much.. probably about 500 ml (2 to 3 cups)
  •  
  • 1 tspn vanilla extract
  •  
  • 2 tbls caster sugar.
  •  
  • I buttered the bowl
Steps
  1. Buttered then ripped up the pannotone and put in bowl
  2. whisked together all the other ingredients and poured over the top
  3. covered with foil and made a foil sling
  4. 2 cups of water in IP and trivet
  5. 25 mins on manual pressure (high)
  6. Took minutes to prepare!
  7. Dished up when we came home! Delicious!!!
