Simple sauce for baked fish

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • aluminum foil
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Create a foil "tray" for each piece of fish. Basically, you want to keep the sauce trapped close to the fish.
  3. Whisk together all ingredients. Place ¼ tsp of sauce in each "tray" and spread around to prevent sticking. Place fish in tray. Top liberally with sauce.
  4. Place seafood into the oven for 10 to 20 minutes or until fish is done depending on thickness of the fish. Serve immediately.
Notes
  • This works especially well for salmon.
