  • 2 cups Egg whites
  • ½ cup Broccoli (steamed or boiled and then diced)
  • ½ cup Ham (diced)
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese (reduced fat if possible; shredded)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
