  • ½ cup sesame oil (or peanut oil)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 TBSP coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ⅓ cup onion (chopped)
  • 2 TBSP honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 TBSP tomato paste (or unsweetened ketchup, optional)
