Ingredients
  • 4 cups chicken broth or water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 2 cups pasta or 454g box
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces (half block) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups or 2 bags cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
Steps
  1. Set IP on Sauté mode. Measure all ingredients. Add water, butter and pasta to pot. Stir just to cover noodles.
  2. Set IP on Manual for 6 min. Release pressure
  3. Put on Sauté mode
  4. Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until thickens.
  5. Sauce will thicken as it sits.
  6. Enjoy!
