Glaze for pound cake (as my mother taught me)
powdered sugar and milk or other liquid

Servings: for 1 cake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp milk or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oil (I don't remember using it but it might make a glossier icing)
Steps
  1. Mix the ingredients together
  2. Spoon over cake
Notes
  • I usually make the lemon glaze to pour over a lemon (mix) Bundt cake
