Gluten Free Self Rising Flour
Ingredients
  • This recipe uses a lot more starch based gluten free ingredients, making for the perfect light and airy self rising flour!
  • 2 cups superfine brown rice flour
  • ½ cup potato starch
  • ½ cup tapioca starch
  • 1 ½ teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one month.
