  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or flour
  • 10 6- or 7-inch flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
