Ingredients
  • 4 Large Potatoes (cut into large fries)
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • Pinch of Granulated Sugar
  • Vegetable Oil
Steps
  1. They cut their own fries which is why they are so good. First you will need to cut potatoes and soak them for several hours in water. This draws out the starch from the outer layers. If you don't do this the fries won't be nearly as crispy in the end. Next you have to drain them and fry for a couple minutes at a lower temp. such as 325. This will cook the inside of the potatoes; next you should cook them at 375 to crisp up the outside.
