Chicken with Peppers Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • One large chicken breast
  • ½ sliced onion
  • One sliced yellow, orange or red bell pepper
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves diced
  • 1 TBS Italian seasoning
  • One 14 oz can diced tomatoes
  • One small can tomato sauce or ½ cup marinara
  • ¼ cup white wine
Steps
  1. Cube chicken breast and saute in olive oil until browned-add ½ of the garlic-set aside
  2. Slice onion and pepper and saute in olive oil with remaining garlic and Italian seasoning
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add chicken back into the pan and add tomatoes, marinara and wine
  5. Heat for 5 minutes
Notes
  • Serve over spaghetti noodles
  • Parmesan cheese on top
