Pan-Seared Tilapia with Homemade Tartar Sauce
Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 pound tilapia fillets (or other white, flaky fish such as cod)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or simply salt and pepper to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • fresh lemon wedges, for serving
  • minced fresh chives, for garnish
