Ripen Avocados in pressure cooker

  1. Directions- Add 1 cup of water to pressure cooker pot and place trivet inside. Wrap desired number of avocados individually in tin foil. Put avocados on trivet in a single layer. Secure lid in place and turn pressure release knob to a sealed position. Cook on high for 10 minutes. When cooking is complete use a quick release. Unwrap the avocado. The avocado should be soft all over.
  2. If there are firm spots, replace on rack with firm side facing down and cook at high pressure for 5 more minutes using quick release.
