  • 1 (14-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup unpacked cilantro, large stems removed and finely chopped

  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 large avocado, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
