  • ½ package tofu, sliced in cubes and pressed well to remove liquid
  • Cornstarch, salt and garlic powder
  • Cooked ramen noodle (or any noodle)
  • Veggies of your choice
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Sesame seeds
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1 T chili garlic sauce
  • 2 T rice wine vinegar
  • 2 T light soy sauce
  • 2 T agave or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1.5 tsp water
