- ½# ground beef, ½# ground breakfast sausage (Owen's or Jimmy Dean's)
- Tony's Cajun Seasoning as desired
- 1 c shredded mozzarella, monterey jack, and/or American cheeses
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chillies, drained
- 1 cup milk
- ½ c baking mix (I use Martha White's)
- 2 eggs
