  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (juice of)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
