  • 4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced (divided), plus extra for garnish
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 ounce shredded Gruyere cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
