  • 500 gm (1.1 lbs.) (17.637 ozs.)Caputo Brand “Fioreglut” Gluten-Free Flour (GFF) (this is essential - do not substitute)
  • 400 ml (400 gm) (14.1 oz.) Luke-warm water (around 80 to 90 deg. F)
  • 1 TBSP (10 gm) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and more for dusting/coating (alternate: regular Olive Oil)
  • 2 ½ TSP salt (12 ½ gm) (0.441 oz)
  • ½ TSP Instant Yeast (2 gm) (0.0705 oz)
  • More GFF for dusting
  • subheading: Pizza Toppings - use whatever you like…today I used:
  • Tomato sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Mushroom tapenade (bruschetta) (alternate fresh sliced mushrooms)
  • Pepperoni
