  • 14½ ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1 bottle Guinness Stout
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 oz white cheddar cheese shredded
