Farfalle with Tuna, Lemon and Fennel
Ingredients
  • 6 ounces dried whole grain farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
  • 1 (5 ounce) can solid white tuna (packed in oil)

  • 1 cup fennel, thinly sliced (1 medium bulb)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh Italian (flat leaf) parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, finely shredded
